The Advisory Council on Clean Air Compliance Analysis (Council) will receive updates from EPA's Office of Air and Radiation on the "Benefits and Costs of the Clean Air Act 1990 & 2020, " a periodic study initiated with Section 812 of the Clean Air Act Amendments (812 Study). The Council will review and provide advice on two components of this study, a draft direct cost report and an uncertainty analysis plan.
