In response to a request from EPA's Office of Air and Radiation, the Advisory Council on Clean Air Compliance Analysis (the Council) will provide advice and peer review on technical issues involving air quality modeling, direct costs, and uncertainties for a new "prospective" study of costs and benefits of Clean Air Act implementation.
